The Hanwha Eagles snapped a four-game losing streak by defeating the KT Wiz.

Hanwha added two runs in the third inning. After Noh Si-hwan singled to left, Williams hit a two-run home run (his seventh of the season) over the left field fence.

In the bottom of the fourth, back-to-back singles by Choi Jae-hoon and Choi In-ho and a sacrifice bunt by Lee Do-yoon put runners on first and third, and Hanwha extended the lead to 6-1 with a two-run single to left by Lee Jin-young.

KT got one run back in the fifth inning. In the top of the fifth, back-to-back walks to Shin and Shin Bon-ki put runners on first and second, and Kim Sang-soo hit a two-run double down the left field line.

But that was as close as KT would get.

Hanwha's bullpen of Joo Hyun-sang, Lee Min-woo, Jang Si-hwan, and Park Sang-won each pitched one scoreless inning to keep the game close. 스포츠토토맨
